Publishing in Studio 13 for the LMS - Unsuccessful

We just upgraded to Studio '13 and have been testing publishing modules to our LMS.
To our avail, we have not been able to successfully able to upload and launch a Studio 13 module to our LMS, SumTotal nor to SCORM Cloud; as a note the module contains a Quizmaker Quiz File.
I have tested publishing the module in numerous ways, all have been unsuccessful:
SCORM 2004 4th Edition with HTML 5 & iPad capabilities turned on
SCORM 2004 3rd Edition with HTML 5 & iPad capabilities turned on
SCORM 2004 3rd Edition with HTML 5 capabilities turned on
SCORM 2004 3rd Edition
The first 2 failed to upload to SumTotal LMS. The second 2 uploaded fine, but upon launch we only got a blank screen.
I then uploaded to SCORM Cloud and upon launch only received a blank screen. I did however receive a parsers warning upon upload.
I have attached the xml manifest file.
Furthermore, I have created a case with SumTotal to have them verify where the issue is stemming from.
Any help and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt,
If you're able to create a Presenter package and share it with our Support team they'll also be able to test your file, especially since you were able to replicate it within SCORM Cloud.

Hi, how did this issue resolve? I had the same problem publishing and uploading to SAP XLSO as well. Could you share the solution please?

Matt's issue was resolved, as Ashley mentioned, by completing a re-install of Studio '13.

If you're experiencing issues with LMS content, please refer to the following article, which outlines common issues pertaining to viewing and tracking content in an LMS.
Be sure that you are following instruction on how to publish an Articulate Presenter '13 course for LMS deployment.
You may also want to test your content in SCORM Cloud to see what results you get there. This will help determine if the issue is Articulate related or on your LMS side.
Actually, it's been an issue with LMS (SAP XLSO). I tried it in SCORM cloud. it's working just fine. That's why I tried to find solution for LMS.
Hi I am having a similar issue in Presenter 13. When I publish a file and load it into my LMS I only get a blank screen. I then uploaded to SCORM Cloud and upon launch only received a blank screen.

If you are able to recreate your issue in SCORM Cloud, then this is something that we would want to take a look at.
