having trouble inserting video. They insert ok and play back in ppt slide show but don't play in articulate. Also not getting any audio with regular ppt slide in articulate. Audio is playing in ppt slideshow.
Thanks for reaching out here! When you say the videos don't play in Articulate, do you mean they aren't playing when you use the Preview option in the Presenter ribbon? If so, how are you inserting the videos? You may want to check out the steps in this tutorial on adding videos in Presenter just to verify your process.
As for the audio, Powerpoint audio isn't supported in Articulate Presenter. If you've already recorded or imported audio in Powerpoint, you may be able to extract it from the PowerPoint file using the instructions in this article. You'll then need to import it into Presenter.
