I'm on the latest version of Storyline 360, and have the latest version of iPad software, as well as safari and chrome. Here's what's goin' down:
When I publish my Storyline file (LMS setting, html 5 only, standard quality setting, optimize audio) and upload it to my LMS, everything plays well, until I revisit a slide that has video (mp 4). When I revisit the slide, the video plays but the audio does not. Happens on both safari and chrome. Any suggestions? (all video slides are "reset to initial state")
This only seems to happen when I publish to LMS. Any help is greatly appreciated. --Daniel
Thanks for the taking the time to reach out here! That does seem strange. Have you tried troubleshooting this issue using SCORM Cloud? That'll give a good indication of whether this is an issue isolated to your particular LMS or if it's a file specific issue. If you see the same issue happen in SCORM Cloud, would you mind sharing your .story file here so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!
Thanks, Ali. I've already duplicated the issue on Articulate Online. I'll upload the file to support and give them a heads-up that you are aware and offered to help test.
Of course, this might be just an issue with my iPad or computer, but then again, it might not be. Thanks for your help. I'll will upload to support now.
