A 'workaround' would be to remove the topbar completely and create your own header in your slides to mimic the top of the player (including adding Exit and Resource buttons, etc.), and then you can make that title look any way you want.
Of course, that means modifying every slide of the course (although it would be a cut and paste once the initial parts were set up with triggers and styles).

You can only change the overall player font (which will impact ALL player text labels), there is no option to specifically change the title font only.
