Monitor 1, the laptop, is set to 3840 x 2160, 250% text size.
Monitor 2, an external, is 3840 x 2160, 200% text size.
Monitor 3, another external, is 1680 x 1050, 100% text size.
These are the recommended resolutions and percentages for each monitor.
The cursor is also small on Monitor 1, the laptop, when the laptop isn’t docked to the other monitors.
same problem if you are using 4K Monitor, tr this:
Open the Shortcut and do a right click. Open the properties, now click on the tab "Compatibility" and choose below the button "change high DPI-properties" (i use a german windows, maybe it looks different on you screen) and below you can change he scale of the DPI to "System".
Thank you for your help! I tried to find similar settings for my display
but wasn't able to locate them, so I wasn't able to try this fix. I'll try
it again when I have more time to research how to adjust this setting on my
system. Thanks again for the suggestions!
I've learned that this happens after I undock and redock my computer. If I reboot, the correct size cursor returns and functions normally. Hope this helps. Thankful it helped me!

Hi Lee-Ann,
Can you check what your display size and resolution are set to as well?
Monitor 1, the laptop, is set to 3840 x 2160, 250% text size.
Monitor 2, an external, is 3840 x 2160, 200% text size.
Monitor 3, another external, is 1680 x 1050, 100% text size.
These are the recommended resolutions and percentages for each monitor.
The cursor is also small on Monitor 1, the laptop, when the laptop isn’t docked to the other monitors.
Thanks for those details, Lee-Ann. I'll add that setup to our report for this issue, and we'll keep you updated here.

Does it work?
