Apologies if this topic has already been covered, but I couldn't find any answer.
I have recorded my screen and created a Try mode Video in Storyline 360. But whatever I do the first frame is always blurry, it needs an action from the learner to play and be crisper. I've tried changing the start point of the frame but it doesn't work.
Really sorry about that! Our team is seeing this too. In step-by-step screen recording slides, the recording looks blurry until the mouse click. After the mouse click, the screen looks sharp again. As we continue to work on fixing this problem, I'll keep this discussion updated with any new information.
The bug discussed in this thread was fixed in a previous release, so I'd like to see if the behavior you're experiencing is related. Does downgrading your installation to a previous version correct the behavior? If yes, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the behavior? We'll delete your file as soon as we're done troubleshooting.

Great news! We just released another update for Storyline 360, and included a few important fixes that you'll see in the release notes here.
The item you'll be interested in is:
Screen recordings could be blurry when inserted as view mode step-by-step slides.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

I'm on the latest version and suddenly have the blurry bug.
used to work fine before but suddenly now blurry before clicking.
