Install error: Articulate Storyline has stopped working

Hi there - I just downloaded my free trial and I think it successfully installed (except that it could not access some %HOMESHARE&\Favorites directory...but it said it installed successfully.)
But it won't launch. It starts to load and immediately gives me this error:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled as an admin. Same error. I have run a fix. Same error.
I'm running Win 7, SP1.

Have you tried this article? It's slightly more aggressive about removing and reloading all traces of Storyline.
If that doesn't work, I recommend submitting a Support Case so that we can take a closer look. Thanks!
