Apologies. But given the exorbitant annual subscription, and the length of time between repeated requests on this same subject.
To have no reasonable response from the ‘development’ team, is a sign of extreme disregard/disrespect to the audience that’s funding this product in the first place.
Anthony, not really sure if there's a question here... or why you replied to me specifically?
This being a feature I've requested multiple times myself here I'm just expressing how I would feel if we get to see this rolled out soon... fingers crossed!
So if I want to make an interactive video, I need to chop it up into parts, and put the parts into separate slides - to accomplish forward and back navigation?
That's probably what I would do... you could always go the slide layer route as well, but I personally would prefer separate slides as the content will preload in the background more efficiently.
Has anyone explored the possibility of creating code to call an external (general) video clip via a web object, specifying the start and end frame numbers?
This has been discussed previously on the Forum, when calling Youtube and Vimeo clips with an API but why would this mehtod not work to call an .mp4 sitting at a web address? Browser incompatibilities are mentioned so it wouldn't suit everone.
I was wondering if we are able to "jump to cue point trigger". I stuck in my Project and it does not work if i trigger the audios ( plays audios more than ones or does not play at all...)
I saw the posts of the folks from 2013 about this topic and i thought you guys made some fixes after 7 years ^^ ; there must be a solution goTo"some frames or cue points";...
We haven't released this feature yet! As promised, we will report back when we have an update.
In the meantime, I'm happy to look at your file and see if we can find a workaround. You can share it with me in this discussion or by using this private upload link.
Time to flood that feature request page I'd say. Hopefully it won't take 7 years for a report back.. It also seems a bit pointless having a page about what's next when it only features whats 'available now'..
So glad I read this thread before I recorded my video. Now I know I'll have to record several videos, put them on multiple slides, and direct the menu to each slide. OR, you guys could just implement this much-requested feature. We get how feature requests work. Years to create something like this is just pitiful.
I am happy to share that we just released the newest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.38.21779.0), which brings the Jump to Time Trigger! This feature allows you to create unique interactions by using triggers that jump to different times or cue points on the timeline. For more details on this, please check out this knowledge base article!

Hola. ¿Hay alguna noticia sobre este tema?. SALUDOS
Hola, Viridiana! No update on this feature yet, but as soon as we have news we'll post here for you!
If I got a penny every time I needed this feature, I could buy Stroryline for a year.
Or switch to Captivate.
Please add me to the list of those who would love to see a "jump to cue point" or "jump to time" trigger!
Mark, it would make my year to see this feature, I'm with you and Ina!

I’m sorry, but am I missing something???

Brian, no need for a reply buddy. Just me ranting and 'hoping' one of the admins here would take notice.

I love it: "We haven't released this feature yet!"
Don't hold your breath Ardal - I first requested this fundamental function about 7 years ago.
C'mon Tim, I'm feeling good about 2020, let's roll out some positive vibes (:
Waiting about two years, so feel 'some' of your pain Tim!
Listen to Brian, Tim - positive vibes!

The next step is to update Storyline 360 by heading to your Articulate 360 desktop app and clicking "Update" next to Storyline 360.
