NetDimensions Enterprise Learning Management System (EKP)
Sep 06, 2012
Does anybody out there know anything about the EKP LMS?
I have a client who has this LMS - they have been successfully running a Storyline course that I built for them - Published as SCORM 1.2 - I have a results slide in which user must get 80% and am tracking as Passed/Failed.
They recently upgraded the LMS from version 7.3 to 8.0 and the course is no longer tracking results and the results that users previously had stored where zeroed out.
Any ideas what might be causing this? I have no expereience with this LMS.
I have built other course for them in Articulate Presenter and they are working fine (they are also SCORM 1.2 (pass/fail)

Another thing you can check is to make sure they are viewing in a supported environment as this document indicates.
Hopefully you'll get to the bottom of it soon and I wish I could have assisted more.
Ok - great. I found the requirements for Articulate Presenter '13. It could be the one thing I over looked.
Hi All,
Thanks for this thread. But please, I still cant figure out to make my users complete a course. I use NetDimensions LMS.
Deployed a course and had someone take it as a test, it keeps showing IN PROCESS instead of completed.
Please help out urgently.
Have you checked with the LMS administrator or the vendor to see what settings the LMS requires.
here is a troubleshooting blog that may help you

Thanks Wendy,
I read through and got it to work. Used Scorm 2004 for output and Scorm 2004 4th Edition for reporting completed final quiz result slide.
I also put a retry quiz option after the quiz with 1 retry. I want to know if learners will still have their 1 retry after taking the quiz once, closing the window and relaunching the course.
Thanks loads..... **hugs hugs**
Glad you were able to get this sorted Temitope and thanks for popping in with an update.
Thanks Leslie
