Problem with latest update

We just ran into some bad issues too! If you publish the course and then select the Menu drop down, the program starts to play the media on Slide 3 in our course!

Anyone else having issues? Seems like the recent update broke something.

Please make sure you follow the steps below, you'll need to do these before using the link Salvador shared:

1) Open your Articulate 360 desktop app by clicking the icon in your computer's system tray (by the clock) or using the shortcut on your desktop.
2) Hover over Storyline, click the drop-down arrow that appears, and choose the uninstall option.
3) Download and install the previous version here: https://download.articulate.com/360/360.16/Articulate.Storyline.3.16.15842.0.msi
4) To open Storyline, go to your computer's Start menu and select it from your list of apps. Or, create a shortcut for it on your desktop or taskbar. (You won't be able to open it from your Articulate 360 desktop app. It'll show an Update button rather than an Open button while this older version is installed.)

Ashley and Salvador thank you so much, it works very good or like it should be to work normally. We wait about news for the fixed update 17, cause 16 is showing the problem about mute audio in first slide project.  Thanks a lot again.

I am having no luck with my project what so ever, I am still having sound issues.
Rolling back has made no difference either.

I have been having various issues and difficulties with sound for quite a while now.
I have just been editing an existing project with updating some new audio files
The existing audio files work and I am finding the new files don't work.
It was originally a Storyline 2 file which was updated to a 360 file.

The audio files I have updated are in question bank 2 - Rita enrolled - I think question 8.
The audio files I have swapped out are not working I am attaching a copy of the project file.

Please can you help resolve the sound issues I am having - they are really making my life difficult?

Please check to see if your audio settings are at 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV.  This is best for SL360.
