Hi, so i tried following the instructions to upload my project created in storyline onto tempshare - published my project, zipped the file and dragged into the place indicated in tempshare. It accepted the file and uploads, but then stops at 'publishing' - won't go beyond 0% publishing. i've shared a screenshot. Please help!
There was a discussion on this issue that may help you to troubleshoot the problem. It looks like file size and browsers can impact the ability to publish on tempshare.
Hi there, Beverly. Just wanted to let you know that I did a quick test with a small-ish file this morning, and TempShare appears to be working. If you need some help, please feel free to share your file with us; I know we've been able to publish projects for folks to TempShare.
Thanks for sharing your published zip with me. I'm also seeing it hang while trying to upload it to Tempshare. Would you mind sending me an Articulate Package of your course files so I can try publishing your course on my end and uploading it? Thanks again! :)
Hi Alanna! Thanks so much for your patience while I tested this out. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to upload it to Tempshare after publishing from my end, either. Tempshare is something that we have limited support for, as it was a quick (and super handy!) invention of some of our developers during an internal Hackathon.
That being said, are you uploading it there just to test it out in a web environment? If so, I uploaded it my test FTP site so you can check it out online on your own. Click here to view it.
It is an old course of mine that I think I created with Presenter 7. I republished it with 13 and wanted to make sure there were no glitches and then to show to a client as a preview. Ideally what I want to do is learn how to host my elearning courses on my weebly website. I'm having trouble finding out how to do this from either this site or Weebly's site. Thanks for all your help!
Ah! Thanks for the further details here. I don't think there's anything wrong with the file itself, as I was able to put it up through my FTP without a hitch and the playback seems fine. You're more than welcome to take a look your course through the link I shared above to check for any irregularities.
To be completely honest, I don't have experience with Weebly so I'll have to defer to the community for insight on that one. Hopefully someone with Weebly knowledge will be able to chime in here.
I did also find a few threads dealing with this topic that you may find helpful to take a look at in the meantime:
Can you share the link so that I can view my course? It is a bummer that it
didn't work on tempshare. I know that others had a the 99% problem, I
wonder if any of them figured out the solution. I guess 99% is just not
good enough!
I've seen occasional instances of issues uploading a specific course to Tempshare, too. It looks like sometimes this has been cleared by unselecting the "html5" option when publishing, so it may not hurt to give that a go!
There definitely seems to be a problem with my ability to publish on Articulate. That's very much for publishing my course. If you still have it, is there anyway that you can send me the zip file of the presentation?
No problem, Alanna! Your Articulate Package you shared with me is attached to your comment above and you can feel free to download it if necessary. I've also attached here the .zip of your published output I used to upload online via FTP.
When you say that you're having problems publishing, are you talking about when you publish any courses in Presenter? If so, I would recommend running this repair on your software.

My course gets to 99% and then stops. I've tried 4 times with the same result. Do you know if there is a file size limit?
Hi Alanna! I just responded to your similar post over in this thread.
Thanks Ali,
Here is the attachment.

Thanks for helping me with this. Can you tell me how to create/send you an
articulate package?
Alanna Turco
Sure thing, Alanna! Check out this article for how to create one. You can then add it as an attachment in a comment here the same way you did for your published output.
That was easy! Here is the package. Thanks again for taking a look at it.
