If it's a Flash movie just embedded in a Storyline file, it may display the Flash movie in the Articulate player (after checking 'Use Articulate Mobile Player'). Though it won't convert the Flash movie to HTML5. Difference between playing it and converting it.

Take a look at this to see the differences between Flash/HTML5 output: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/comparing-storylines-flash-html5-and-articulate-mobile-player-output

Recommended to try and get a tablet or other mobile device, and do some testing.

Also, Flash course may be a good thing to learn to basics of animation and such. The main publish option of Storyline does use Flash interactions (some things don't work completely in HTML5 version), so it may be useful to know how Flash works in general.
