Good morning everyone,

Could you please inform me whether this problem is also fixed for SL2? Today our learner is reporting that the text entry field is not working properly - although it does not have the problem when I'm doing the test. I did the test with him and I can fill in the entry (with a few seconds delays on the player). His cursor jumps from the field that he cannot reach and sometimes they cannot fill in texts into the corresponding field. 

He gives a vivid description as :

First Field - fiwls opens but will not display what is typed

Second Field- works

Third Field- will not open the field keeps skipping it

Forth Field - ok

Fifth Field - not able to open and type

Sixth Field- ok

Seventh Field -- skips unable to type

Eighth Field - skips unable to type

Nineth Field - Good

10th field - skips unable to type

11th - ok

 After our call I tested also on another ipad and I experience similar issues during 2 of 4 attempts. However, I was able to finish that after leaving the player opening for a few seconds while it's not working on his end even if he waits.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you're running into a similar issue with Storyline 2.

So it sounds like you are unable to get the focus in all the fields on the slide, correct?

What iOS were you testing with on the iPads?
