Experiencing An Occasional "Quirk" When Accessing Hyperlinks in Rise Preview for Tablets
Hello, I’ve noticed a slight quirk when using the two Tablet preview options in Rise (Portrait and Landscape). One of the lessons in my course contains an Accordion block with three items. Each item includes a different hyperlink. Sometimes the “+” sign of one or more of the items will not open when clicked, and at other times, the hyperlinks will either not link to their respective website when selected or the item will close when you click on them (see screenshot)! I tested the hyperlinks in other preview modes, and they are all working correctly. Let me know if you have any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue. Thank you.
Do you see the same thing when testing on an actual Tablet?
Thanks for asking, Karl. I just tested it on a tablet in our test zone and did not seem to have the same issue I had when previewing the module in Rise via my desktop. Thanks!
