Preview, timeline and Export error
Hi everyone,
For about a month now, some of my projects have been generating errors when exporting, playing slides from the timeline, or previewing. Specifically, when I launch a preview, the slide appears completely black (although I can still see the slide names and player). The same issue occurs when I publish the projects.
This problem seems random and only affects me—if I share the project with this error to my colleagues, they can preview and export it without any issues.
I've already tried uninstalling Storyline and restarting my laptop before reinstalling it, but the issue persists.
Can anyone help? It's getting really difficult to work without being able to see what I’m doing! :)

That is what's politely called "unexpected behavior." I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

Sorry to hear about your experience with the Storyline courses. I agree with Judy. Submitting a support case to our Support Engineers would help isolate the issue, as they can provide targeted help.
You can also opt to go through these initial troubleshooting steps before opening a case. If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues. If these don't help, you can reach out to us in a support case so we can dig deeper into the problem.
