Why do I have to sign in 5 times a day?
I can be working away in Rise or Storyline or Review, in the middle of adding blocks or moving things or replying to comments, and I'm logged out again.
This is happening more and more frequently. Is there a reason Articulate won't stay signed in for long?

Users are signed out of Articulate 360 every 30 days, or after 7 days of inactivity. Signing in 5 times per day doesn't seem right, so I've opened a support case on your behalf. A member of our team will be in touch shortly via email. We appreciate your patience as we troubleshoot this issue!
