No sound in Articulate Review?

Has anyone experienced the sound dropping off of courses when reviewing them in Articulate Review? I have had the last two or three courses drop the sound when using Review. Both myself and clients have not been able to get any sound. Any suggestions?

This issue seems to be more prevalent in Windows IE on both Mac and Windows. Chrome and FireFox on Windows is hit and miss. We have not had any issues on the MAC side using Chrome or FireFox.

Hi there Chet,

Sorry to hear you're having audio trouble in Articulate Review. Strange that you're seeing inconsistent results in different browsers. 

First, let's check that you're on the most recent update of Storyline 360. To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.15.15581.0 in the bottom-right corner. 

If you need to update your software, follow these steps, then republish your content to Articulate Review.
