Hello, in the last 3 months we noticed several times that we assign passwords for the review, but then the reviewers are not asked for them, i.e. the reviewers only get into the review with the review link but without a password. The reviewers do not otherwise have an articulate360 account. This is considered by some as a security breach. Is this "password behavior" a known phenomenon? Thank you very much and best regards.
Thanks so much for clarifying what you have selected so far. I have gone ahead and opened a support case on your behalf. I'd like to have our talented Support Engineer Staff take a closer look at your setup. We'll be following up via email.
Thanks so much for your patience. We'll continue the conversation over in your support case!

Hi Martin,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you've run into this snag! Happy to help!
Just to clarify, I'd like to confirm your setup when sharing your Review 360 link. Are you currently seeing setup when sharing your Review links?
Looking forward to hearing from you! ✨
Hi Luciana,
yes, we can see this screen, and most of the times we activate both checkboxes and enter a password.
Thanks. Martin
