We frequently embed Storyline blocks into our Rise courses and we have had some users report that the audio in the Storyline blocks is out of sync sometimes. It isn't across the board, only a small percentage of users but it is coming up on multiple courses, multiple interactions since we use SL blocks in Rise so frequently.
Is this something anyone else has experienced and is there any known fix?

Can this behavior be observed across multiple browsers? Or is it local to one?
Are the Rise lessons being viewed through an LMS? If so, do the audio issues occur in an LMS test environment?
