I've been designing innovative instructional solutions globally since 1996 for corporate, commercial, academic, and ecclesiastic organizations. I recently managed multilingual training for 23 markets worldwide that included market customizations and translations. I've also implemented development processes and created new instructional strategies. I've worked on the design and development of a new Learning Management System (LMS) called TALL (Technology Assisted Language Learning). I've designed and developed multimedia-rich blended distance learning curricula. I've created dynamic and adaptive instructional tools so that learners can explore and discover new concepts. I've designed and developed online multimedia courses with hundreds of hours of dynamic and adaptive instruction in 9 languages for 10,000+ learners a year worldwide. I've co-authored an online AP course that has grossed over $50 million since 2002. I've produced 40+ instructional videos. I've taught 500+ students in 20+ language classes at multiple universities. I've created international trainer certification programs. And I've worked on a team with a budget of $26 million to build housing for international and married students.
