Quizmaker will not load after latest Update

Help!  I am unable to get Quizmaker to load after the latest Version: Articulate Studio 360 Build 5.11.14180.0.  I can "edit Properties" on a question slide, but anytime I try and edit an existing question, when I click on "edit in quizmaker" on the question slide, or from the Edit Properties screen, it will say, "Importing Content" then go back to the question slide placeholder.

In addition, if you try and create a new question from either the Quizmaker button on the PowerPoint 2016 toolbar, or from the Edit Properties quiz slide placeholder, immediately after naming your question, quizmaker crashes (it displays the crash popup where you can submit crash details) then returns back to the powerpoint (powerpoint does not crash)

Luckily, at this time, I have not upgraded my laptop install, so I can still work on my time-sensitive presentations. 

Has anyone else reported errors?  That is what I get for immediately doing an update when it is published!

Yes - I have tried everything.  The 12/12/2017 update basically has broken anything to do with Quizmaker.

If you load from the desktop app, it crashes (standard Windows 10 crash message).

I have uninstalled and re-installed.  Unfortunately, I am unable to go back to the previous version. I am on a strict deadline and I need to rollback to the previous (pre-12/12/2017) build.

I received the standard repair reply from support as of the time/date this reply has been typed.

I have not updated my laptop yet to the 12/12 build, so I can work a bit, but my desktop workstation is where I need to work

To follow up on Leslie's note – I'm happy to announce that we just released another update for Storyline 360, which includes a fix for the issue where Storyline stopped working after installing Update 11.

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

This same thing is happening to me when I try to use anything on the Articulate tab in PowerPoint 2016.  Support has been HORRIBLE and I have sent over a dozen emails pleading for help because I can't work.  This has been happening since 12/15/17 and still no resolution.  

How did you get to the 12/12/17 version of Studio 360 to resolve this?
