I am attempting to install Storyline 2 on my laptop, but I keep receiving a Installation Failed message. I am running the file as an Administrator and have no indication as to why the installation keeps failing. I do currently have Storyline 1 and Articulate Studio '09 on my PC, which runs Windows 7.
I am unfortunately encountering this same problem and have already sent in a ticket for it ( 00870386). I was able to just use it fine previously this week. And when it didn't wanna open today, I followed the repair and uninstall procedure and now it won't install due to Error: 80070643.
And I have also tried the suggestions in this forum but non worked.
Yes, I'm hoping it gets resolved. Another problem I encountered is the articulatetempfiles.zip is not showing up in my desktop when trying to get the log files.

I forgot to update this page; I apologize. Yes. Actually, IT people from our institution fixed something in my computer (I believe it was because of a policy or access that I seem to have lost) that restricted access for me for my desktop. After they fixed it, the articulatetempfiles.zip still didn't appear on my desktop, but when I tried to install Articulate Storyline 2 again, it finally worked.
