Custom Font Won't Save in Rise 360
For some reason I am not able to save a custom font (e.g., Gotham and Archer) to a Rise 360 course. Both fonts download fine, but when I select the Save button I get an error message. There are no special characters in the file title. It's not a WOFF2 file. I've tried applying to a blank course and one already built. Any thoughts as to what may be happening? Your screenshot shows that your are trying to upload a OTF file.
"If your fonts are in other file formats, such as OTF or TTF, you’ll need to convert them to WOFF files first."

Ahhh...thank you! I'll try that.
I am having a difficult time uploading my WOFF2 after I convert them to WOFF files. Any thoughts?

Ensure that there are no spaces or special characters in the file name.
Thanks for the response. There are no spaces. My files are WOFF2 and I used the converter to convert files to WOFF. Maybe I am not giving Rise enough time to upload the files?
