Rise Export Stuck

Hi,
First up, Rise is awesome. I'm really impressed by the responsive functionality so far. My challenge, however, seems to be exporting. It seems to be stuck at the Processing stage. Should I be seeing a progress bar? How long is a standard export supposed to take?
I'm using the trial in Chrome (Version 54.0.2840.99 m) on a Windows 10 machine and will try Firefox now too.

Also, if you use that page to subscribe for updates you should get those in your email and you'd see that block templates and exporting are back to working normally!
Hmm... Must be our network. Odd that this is blocked but the statusgator destination is still accessible.
Is anyone else experiencing export issues with Rise? They are taking a lot longer than usual.

As you've noticed, we're currently experiencing an issue that prevents exporting courses in Rise 360. We've made a note of this on the Articulate Status page. We're working on fixing it and will update that page as soon as we've found a solution.
