I have created a few RISE courses and uploaded them to our LMS (SuccessFactors) which works fine on a desktop, but is not working on mobile at all. The screen freezes and does not allow you to go forward.
Hi, this thread has been very helpful to me as we prepare to implement the SF mobile app.
As the last post was almost a year ago, does anyone have any updates or best practices with using the SuccessFactors mobile app? Any past issues that have since been fixed?
Four years passed, but unfortunately, the SF LMS app (both Android and iOS) has a challenging UX. The file attached in RISE is not downloadable from mobile since it seems to load it in a frame instead of throwing the file to the OS to be handled by the designated app. Is there a way to force SF mobile app to download the attached file?
