If you’re managing an Articulate 360 Teams subscription, you already know how simple it is to assign seats to your team members, giving them access to all the award-winning goodness and exclusive collaboration features in Articulate 360.

Now we’ve taken things a few steps further by giving you two additional ways to manage your Articulate 360 Team: a group admin role and the ability to transfer content. Let’s dive in and see how these new features will make things even easier.

Group Admin Role

Managing a large training team? If so, you’ve probably got a lot on your plate. That’s where the new group admin role can really lighten your load. The group admin role lets you manage your team account by dividing users into various groups and assigning each group its own admin. Start by creating groups based on department, location, training focus—whatever structure works best for you—and then assign the number of seats for the group. Then designate a group admin.

Here’s a quick video to walk you through how it works.

Transfer Content

While you’ve always had the ability to assign and reassign user “seats” as needed, with the new transfer content feature, we’ve made it even easier to maintain control of your content when team members change.

The transfer content feature lets you move one user’s projects to another user when you remove someone from your Articulate 360 Teams account. You can transfer Storyline 360 team slides, Rise 360 courses and block templates, and Review 360 content, too.

Here’s a quick gif to walk you through how the new transfer content feature works:

Working smarter, for the win! Being able to assign group admins to manage seats and transfer content when you have changes in staff gives you more ways than ever to manage your Articulate 360 Teams account without breaking a sweat.
